Clean Eatz Kitchen

Clean Eatz Kitchen grew out of a chain of in-person Clean Eatz Cafe locations, and the food still reads like something built for gym-goers rather than gourmets: grilled chicken, sweet potato, and vegetable combos, turkey chili, and protein pancakes for the meal-prep-your-breakfast crowd too. Buying in the larger bundle sizes, a dozen or two dozen entrees at a time, brings the per-meal price down toward the cheaper end of the whole prepared-meal category rather than the premium end.

Meals ship frozen, which gives them a longer shelf life than the chilled prepared-meal competitors and more flexibility about when you actually eat them, useful if you’re stretching a bulk order over several weeks to keep costs down. Portion sizes run a bit smaller than a restaurant meal by design, since the whole point is calorie control, so heavier eaters may want to order two entrees for dinner. It’s a solid budget option for someone who wants meal prep without doing the actual prepping and doesn’t want to pay premium prices for it.
