Nutrition Solutions
Tap a star to rate
Nutrition Solutions sells weekly plans of fully prepared, high-protein meals built around a single goal, losing fat or building muscle, and ships them overnight. It isn't a kit. The homepage leans hard on attitude: "We're not a meal prep company," "We're a transformation company," "That happens to prepare meals." It's veteran owned and operated, it has NASM-certified coaches on staff, and it says it has "helped 80,000+ people change their lives." If you want a structured, gym-focused eating plan with a coach on call, that's the pitch.
How ordering works
A short quiz starts with your goal. "SHRED FAT" plans are built on meals "averaging 400 calories and 35g of protein"; "BUILD MUSCLE" plans average "571 calories and 56g of protein." The fat-loss meals also list average carbs of 33g and fat of 14g. Then you choose a weekly size. The plan page lists 10 meals plus 2 performance snacks, 15 meals plus 5 snacks, 20 meals with no snacks, or 21 meals plus 7 snacks, under names that vary around the site (Flexible Fuel or Barbarian, Spartan, Spartan +, and Maximum Fuel or Greek God).
It runs as a weekly subscription with a rotating menu. The company sends "the new menu every week which gives you the ability to omit a certain meal if you choose," or you can accept it as sent. Changes, skips and cancellations go through the menu link by "Wednesday at 5 pm" before the next week's delivery, and "There are no obligations or contracts." For the first order there's a guarantee: "Not completely satisfied with your first order? We refund it within 7 days of delivery. No questions asked."
What it costs
Prices are published, with a "New Client Special" for the first box and a regular price after it. For the fat-loss plans: 10 meals and 2 snacks is $162 for the first box, then $191; 15 meals and 5 snacks is $214, then $252; 20 meals is $238, then $280; and 21 meals and 7 snacks is $276, then $325. The muscle-gain versions cost more because the portions are bigger: $179 then $211, $250 then $294, $284 then $334, and $326 then $384. Keep the two figures apart, since the lower one applies only to your first delivery. Shipping is free and overnight. The homepage also carries a "20% OFF WITH CODE FREEDOM" banner.
The food itself
The ingredient promises are specific. The comparison page lists "Ingredients Contain No Seed Oils," "Meals with Organic Produce Included," "Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef," "Meals with Venison & Elk," "Organ Meat in Select Meals" and "Vacuum-Sealed Packaging," and the homepage adds antibiotic-free poultry and non-GMO ingredients. A sample menu includes Street Steak Tacos with grass-fed steak and peach jalapeño salsa, Apple Cider BBQ Meatballs, Banana Granola Pancakes made with grass-fed whey and organic eggs, Bourbon Glazed Filet Mignon with sweet potato waffle fries, Elk Mac & Cheese with grass-fed ground elk, and a Southwest Bowl with antibiotic- and hormone-free chicken. Breakfast items and bars such as an Apple Pie Protein Bar are sweetened with Truvia.
Every weekly delivery includes a free "Clean Cheatz" protein donut, "made with organic ingredients and grass-fed whey protein" and "exclusive to clients." Performance snacks come with most plans, and clients can request extra. The homepage goes further and promises clients "FREE HEALTHY DONUTS FOR LIFE." The company's line on sourcing is "We don't cut corners to maximize profit margins."
The health language is the company's own. The how-it-works section says: "They're nutrient dense, perfectly portioned for weight loss, and are rich in mental health optimizing Omega-3's." The homepage promises you can "Transform in as Little as 42 Days," and customer testimonials describe weight lost in 6 weeks. Those are Nutrition Solutions' marketing claims and customers' accounts, not independent findings. The site doesn't publish heating times.
Who it reaches
The how-it-works section says "We will ship your order to your doorstep with free overnight shipping." The site doesn't list a delivery map or excluded states. The comparison chart refers to competitors charging shipping "in the contiguous U.S.," but doesn't define Nutrition Solutions' own range, so Alaska and Hawaii residents should check at checkout.
What customers say
The reviews shown on the site come from Google, and they cluster around the same points. Several praise the variety and flavor, saying the meals don't taste like "typical bland diet food." One reviewer who had tried Hello Fresh and Factor ranks this one above both so far, and mentions next-day shipping and a handwritten note on the box. Others single out the customer service and the absence of "decision fatigue." They're the company's selection, so they skew positive, but they do suggest the overnight shipping and the food quality hold up.
Support and extras
The support team includes "National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Fitness & Nutrition Specialists, Weight Loss Specialists, Personal Trainers and Behavioral Change Specialists," and you can "book a free call before you order." Clients also get access to a "6 Week Fat Destroying Training System," the company's workout guide. The homepage features 3x Men's Physique Mr. Olympia Ryan Terry, and the brand voice is military-flavoured throughout: it says it fuels "Modern Day Spartans" and closes with a form to "Schedule a consultation with one of our NASM certified Lifestyle Coaches." If you like that tone, the plan names and coaching will feel of a piece; if not, the food itself is the thing to judge.
What the site leaves open, and who it suits
The shipping range isn't spelled out, heating instructions aren't on the plan pages, and the money-back guarantee covers only the first order. Plan names differ between pages, which can be confusing when comparing.
Nutrition Solutions suits gym-goers who want a clear fat-loss or muscle-gain plan, premium proteins like grass-fed beef and elk, weekly structure and a coach to ask questions. The first-box special and guarantee lower the risk of trying it. It suits less well anyone on a tight budget, since regular prices run from $191 to $384 a week, and anyone put off by aggressive marketing.
